Non bilingual applicants are also encouraged to apply for additional opportunities (typically $12-$17/hour).

Onboarding Process    

Our onboarding process is designed for same day completion where opportunities are available.

APPLY

Step 1

Submit your application to join our virtual Call Center. 

​

Step 2  

Join to Pre-Assessment in a group of our community.  After applying, you'll receive an email directing you to our                   Pre-Assessment group.

​

Step 3 

When you are ready to complete your assessment. Type "READY" In the group. 

​

Step 4 

Receive your unique Assessment Link. Once you type "READY" you unique Assessment link will be generated and sent to you.  

Links are generated Monday - Friday From 9:00Am - 4:00Pm Central time.

Step 5 

Pass+Move Forward Applicants Who Pass their assessment move directly into our Grace Agent hub (Sign Contract) & are guided Toward paid training enrollment.

Applicants who do not pass may be invited to reattempt after 90 days. 

​

Only applicants who complete & pass the assessment will move forward.  

 

Important Notes 

-This is 1099 independent contractor opportunity.

Some client programs require paid training courses.

"We cover this fee for you." (You are responsible for your drug test class confirmation fee if applicable and background check) 

-Not all applicants will qualify.

-Opportunities vary by language skills, availability and client demand.
